New Riverwood Wine Releases: Moscato, Blueberry, and Asian Pear!
We are pleased to release three new wines:
Our Moscato is delightfully sweet and delicious. A nice wine to sip chilled, it pairs well with spicy dishes.
Our Blueberry wine is rich and sweet and has just picked blueberry flavor. It's great as a dessert wine of after-dinner wine with chocolates or cheesecake!
Our labels have now been approved and we are now ready to release our first production of Asian Pear wine. Asian Pears are often called "apple pears" in the grocery store and are typically sold with protective netting around the fruit and priced at $1.00 or more per fruit! Those grocery store pears, however, were likely grown in California or South America. The pears used to make Riverwood Asian Pear Wine were grown on our 300-tree orchard at our Estate Vineyards location! Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the pears have wonderful hints of butterscotch and vanilla and are incredibly juicy and sweet! Our pears (as well as all of our grapes) are sustainably grown without the use of insecticides or herbicides so the bees and butterflies have a safe place to roam! Come on out and try this luscious wine!
We hope to see you soon!
