APPETIZERS

Toasted Flatbreads - $6
Served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping sauces.

House-Made Pickled Vegetables - $8
A delicious assortment of sweet pickled vegetables with cucumber, red onion, red, yellow, and green peppers, and jalapeños.

Bowl of Olives - $8
A delectable combination of Mediterranean Olives.

Toasted Pecans - $8
A bowl of savory, toasted pecans.

Hummus and Toasted Flatbreads - $12
A shareable dish of house-made hummus, served with toasted flatbreads, and olive oil and balsamic for dipping.

BISTRO SPECIALTIES

Smoked Salmon & Toasted Bagel - $16
A lightly toasted bagel brushed with garlic olive oil and generously topped with cream cheese and smoked Norwegian salmon. Sprinkled with dill weed and served with nonpareil capers, house pickled red onions and lemon on the side.

Wild Pacific Sardines with Flatbread – $16
A tin of wild caught Pacific sardines and a basket of toasted flatbread slices brushed with garlic olive oil. Served with balsamic glaze for drizzling and Maldon Sea salt flakes on the side for fantastic flavor. Pairs wonderfully with your favorite wine or cold beer!
