VINTNER'S ROOM
Reserve the Vintner’s Room for your private party or event! Perfect for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, gatherings, meetings, and celebrations of all types. Once a classroom, the Vintner's Room was also where we made wine for the first ten years we were open. Since 2016 we have been making wine in our production building and have created the Vintner’s Room - a warm and comfortable space for celebrations and parties.

THE ARBOR
Not to be confused with our roofed patio, the pavilion! The arbor is the perfect space for anyone who loves the outdoors; open-aired, with wooden supports and gentle shades overhead. It's an excellent choice for large picnics, graduation parties, and birthdays in particular, but is so versatile that it could be suitable for any number of events.
Note: As delightful as it is, the arbor is a weather-dependent space. Should you rent this option, be sure you also have an alternative space in reserve in case of bad weather!
$100 (plus tax, unless tax exempt) / 3 hrs
- Add additional time: $50 / 1 hr
- Max Capacity: 50 if seated, 60 if mingling in a cocktail setting.

THE AUDITORIUM
Reserve our largest indoor space for your guests' comfort! Our Auditorium is spacious, with high ceilings and a beautiful wood finish; elegant on its own, or the perfect canvas for decorating. This option is suited for all kinds of events: rehearsal dinners, company dinners, anniversaries, group tastings, dances, and more!
Limited Availability: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday ONLY - 12-5pm

FULL WINERY RENTAL
You can now reserve the entire Winery for your special event! With this package you will have access to the indoor Auditorium, Full Tasting Room (includes two Wine Bars and the Whiskey Bar), and Vintner's Room. Ideal for hosting Christmas parties, company parties, dinners, graduation parties, fundraisers, etc.

Damages
Any damage to the property or facilities beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter who agrees to pay Riverwood Winery for the full cost of damage repair.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 5.6% applies unless your organization is tax exempt.
Minors
No alcohol of any kind may be consumed by anyone under 21. Use of alcohol by a minor will result in the immediate cancellation of your event. All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.

Set Up and Clean Up

Food and Drink:
- All wine, beer, and spirits must be provided by Riverwood Winery.
- You are welcome to bring your own food or have your event catered by a third party. We can recommend caterers for you.
- Except for wine, beer, and spirits, you need to provide everything for your event, including tablecloths and linens, serving and tableware, and ice. All ice must be in a cooler to prevent leakage.
- Our kitchen or facilities are not available for use to prepare food or clean up.
Decorations
- No decorations may be taped or stapled to the walls.
- All lighted candles must be covered by a chimney or enclosed in a container; battery powered candles are also fine.
- No loose sparkly, glitter-type, plastic confetti, or similar decorations may be used.
- No decorations may be hung from the ceiling.
- You’ll need to provide your own tablecloths and linens or we have tablecloths available for rent at $5 each.
Damages
