The Vintner's Room
The Vintner's Room is perfect for showers, gatherings, meetings, and celebrations of all types. The Vintner's Room is where, for ten years, we made our wines. It served us well over those years. Now we are producing wine in our production building and have created the Vintner's Room -- a warm and comfortable space for celebrations and parties of up to 40 guests. Please see the additional information below applicable to all event spaces. Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved. A fee of $50 every 30 minutes will be assessed if your event starts or ends outside of the scheduled three hours of reserved time. Price:

The Auditorium/Reception Hall
Our Auditorium has a capacity of approximately 60 seated or 100 in a mingling, cocktail party type gathering. Please see the additional information below applicable to all event spaces. Price:

The following information is applicable to both the Reception Hall and The Vintner's Room and all private events at the Winery:

Food and Drink:
- All wine, beer, and spirits must be provided by Riverwood Winery.
- You are welcome to bring your own food or have your event catered. We can recommend caterers for you.
- Our kitchen or facilities are not available for preparation or clean-up.
- Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved. A fee of $50 per each 30 minutes will be assessed if your event starts or ends outside of the scheduled three hours of reserved time.
- No decorations may be taped or stapled to the walls.
- All lighted candles must be covered by a chimney or enclosed in a container; battery powered candles are also fine.
- No loose sparkly, glitter-type, plastic confetti, or similar decorations may be used.
- No decorations may be hung from the ceiling.
- You’ll need to provide your own tablecloths and linens. (Rectangular tables are 30" x 72"; round tables are 60" rounds)
- Damage: Any damage to the property or facilities beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter who agrees to pay Riverwood Winery for the full cost of damage repair.
- Sales tax of 5.6% applies unless your organization is tax exempt.
- No alcohol of any kind may be consumed by anyone under 21. Use of alcohol by a minor will result in the immediate cancellation of your event. All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
