- $750 (plus tax, unless tax exempt) / 3 hrs
- Additional time: $250 / 1 hr
- Additional time after 10pm: $350 / 1 hr
- Includes 3 staff members. If more are needed there will be an Additional $50 charge per staff member.
Capacity: 60 people seated; 100 in a mingling, cocktail type gathering.

- Sixty chairs
- Use of the 8ft long buffet counter for food or gifts or decorations
Set Up and Clean Up:
- Set up time and time spent decorating and cleaning up must be included in the hours reserved.
Other Supplies:
- Tablecloths and Linens: You’ll need to provide your own tablecloths and linens, or we have tablecloths available for rent at $5 each.
- Decor: We have limited decor options available, but you are welcome to bring your own provided they comply with the guidelines found in terms and conditions. Inquire if you have special requests!
